Alot of dedicated hard-working employees. Good culture amongst staff (below senior managment level)
Cons
- Miss management of company resources, keeps company in debt. - Frequent restructuring, staff kept/ pushed out based on politics rather than skill. - Career growth / training or any opportunities based on favouritism. - Miss management of staff due to company politics, false promises re: potential opportunites, renumeration reviews etc. - No care for people at higher management, throwing staff under the bus is frequent practice.
