Not a good place to work - Product Operations Executive Stuff (New Zealand) Employee Review

1. No pay rise for 2 years even though already asked and always got 'a budget freeze' reply. 2. Salary is not a per market standard i.e. lower that average. 3. Office politics are bad. 4. As long as you can talk even BS, you'll go far in the company. 5. Management wants to hear from you but when you're saying what you feel or want to do, they don't even listen.
