Pros

Personally, I found the work environment to be highly pressured, with workplace politics impacting day-to-day operations. A more supportive and transparent culture would help create a better employee experience.

Cons

Too much pressure to work even after working hours and on weekends holidays. Too much hiring and firing happen in square yards. If they have any personal grudges or ego hurt then they wont even proceed for employee's F&F and Experience letter. Too many cases are already on them for fraud and spoiling peoples money, time and effort. In short, you will regret after joining this organisation. It will be your career time waste which wont be able to show in future.
