Pros

It's been three years and I have tried to search wide and deep but have not found any

Cons

1- Pathetic leadership : They do not support you. Whatever they might say in the interview they will never ever back what they say. Not stand for you or with you. 2- Find out the standard salary rate for your role and never ever expect to earn anything close to that 3- There is work life balance and then there are long working hours and then there are Southern Cross working hours. Be aware long hours are going to be common almost every day and there is an unwritten expectation that you will have to work over weekends to get stuff done 4- Performance reviews are also way below market and everyone's expectations 5- please don't join I am regretting it.

Pros

Great place. Great culture. Great people.

Cons

Lower than average pay, slightly slow on the uptake, but they're working on it.

Pros

Health insurance, good initial training and onboarding

Cons

It was incredible when first starting. Great workplace. The whole culture and organisation changed so much in a bad way whilst there. Miscommunication, inconsistencies on so many levels creating tension, stress, burnout on so many staff. Underpaid for the workload then inconsistent salary on role. Minimal room for progression. Its the type of job where you just constantly feel like nothing you do is good enough 😅 you are glued to desk 8 hrs with no breathe room, strict breaks which - if taken off rostered time (for reasons out of your control) is detrimental to your employment. If you want a job that breaks you down and you feel consistently incompetent (even when you're not) then please apply
