Pros
Health insurance, good initial training and onboarding
Cons
It was incredible when first starting. Great workplace. The whole culture and organisation changed so much in a bad way whilst there. Miscommunication, inconsistencies on so many levels creating tension, stress, burnout on so many staff. Underpaid for the workload then inconsistent salary on role. Minimal room for progression. Its the type of job where you just constantly feel like nothing you do is good enough 😅 you are glued to desk 8 hrs with no breathe room, strict breaks which - if taken off rostered time (for reasons out of your control) is detrimental to your employment. If you want a job that breaks you down and you feel consistently incompetent (even when you're not) then please apply
