Pros
Big Brand Name and will get the opportunity to work with various people from different countries . Get to work in a hybrid environment which requires 2 days return to office.
Cons
too bureaucratic and the team will have numerous calls just for one task , Work life balance suffer due to the hybrid model which need to work late. Hiring a new subordinate also will take a very long time from opening the Req to interviewing and onboarding, mostly siemens prefer to hire from internal candidate due to the lower pay that they offering , so the options for candidate are limited and they will filter out the external candidate and only in certain cases when there is no internal candidate that they will bring someone from outside to interview.
