Pros
+ Very talented group of people that are achieving remarkable things. + Products are well respected in the industry. + Flexibility when it's required. + Good employee benefits (health insurance, free coffee and fruit) + Opportunity to advance your career (only in certain departments)
Cons
- No accountability for senior management. A lot of bullying and discrimination takes place, at times causing mental breakdowns for staff who have to go away on health leave for extended periods. - HR is complicit in causing much harm to individuals who really deserve better representation.
