None, no bonuses, no perks

Cons

They glorify senior leadership only and allow racism and homophobia in head office. Very very toxic environment. Delusional and massively inexperienced marketing leadership with high turnover (90% of marketing team turnover in 1.5 years). Shocking. Once witnesses CEO make a light hearted joke about a public rape scandal that occurred in one of the stores owned by the business. No remorse here.

You develop strong customer service skills, and the environment teaches time management, teamwork, and working under pressure — all valuable on a resume.

Management quality varies widely. Store-by-store experience differs enormously depending on who's running the shift.
