Hey ReadyTecher, We are grateful for the feedback that you've shared with us. It's through reviews like yours that we are able to understand what we are doing well and where improvements are required. We acknowledge the concerns you have highlighted and assure you they are areas we persistently seek to improve. I wanted to highlight that we've initiated a program aimed at reviewing our incentive programs, with a focus on making the structures more comprehensible and transparent. Furthermore, to address your last point, it's paramount for us that all team members feel comfortable within the ReadyTech environment. If you’d like to share some further details, please utilise the Anonymous chat feature in the Amber system. Alternatively, reach out to us at people@readytech.io, and we'll ensure a confidential conversation is arranged. Thank you for all the great work you do at ReadyTech! Cheers, People & Culture

Pros

The team in Sydney were good to work with.

Cons

If they can't get rid of you legally, they will do it illegally. Lack of care for staff. Don't ask hard questions or try to hold those who make (poor) decisions accountable, they will find a way to get rid of you, including making your role redundant, only to fill it again a few months later. The COO is a nasty piece of work and will lie to your face. In my team (Payroll support), some of what I was asked to do was right on the edge of legal.
