      Typical systems engineering firm in the area. Stable work that is fairly reasonable once you get the hang of it.

      Cons

      Roles do seem to exist in isolation (scope of contract, customer needs), you're going to have to manage your overall progression.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.
