      Working for the Comunity, Finishing around 3:30 to get home to be with the kids

      Cons

      Favoritism to the point of unfairness for others. Poor Management as mangers aren't trained or poorly trained Don't seem to have a full understanding of employment law.

      Great team and great people in the organisation. Overall a fun place to work and it can be very rewarding.

      Very small budgets. Can take a very long time to achieve something. Weak career progression and opportunities.
