      - Some good people trying their best within the organisation.

      Cons

      - The company is very exploitative of workers. - It doesn't really do anything other than run payroll (which has somehow ended up highly bureaucratic). But takes a large chunk of the funding from govt intended to pay frontline healthcare workers.

      Work autonomously and self-manage. Meet nice clients. Helping people keep independance.

      Cons

      Unsociable hours. Physically and emotionally challenging. Poor communication and no real support from management. Terrible pay rates to do the work of nurses.
