Pros

Cons
1. Casuals are strictly prohibited. 2. Break timing - You can't take the break more than 10 mins if you took Team Manager/HR department will give a warning. 3. Management expecting to keep pin drop silence. 4. Activities are not there. 5. If you are not coming in Formals, they will put fine to you. (It's under discussion) 6. If you are coming one minute late they will send mail 15 days once to Manager and he warns you. It repeats again they will take more actions. 7. Cab facilities are not available even though late night works happened they won't offer. 8. No one should discuss friendly (Official/Unofficial) with colleagues in their cabins. If MD saw that you are talking in others place he will be warning you. 9. They give Casual, Sick and Earned Leave (36 days per year) but they won't allow taking the leave. If you took, from Management Level they will raise the question directly to you. Why are you taking leave and all? (if you crossed 10 days Out of 36 days per year). 10. Technology wise there are growing(Still they are using Oracle Forms and Reports) 11. Manager and TL they gave their Politics role best. 12. Working hrs should be extended more than 9 hrs based on their project. (only for Men not for Women) (Ex. If Your office time has 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Suddenly evening 5 the management will tell the requirement and they push us to work on that and they give the timeline as within 2hrs to release it in production. Sometimes Management behaves without proper planning of work they give the commitment to the client. But it takes time to complete it so we can extend working time it take midnight 12 sometimes next day 2 am. But what's the highlight means they won't give permission for the next day. You should reach office before 9:30 am) 13. Work pressure has high. 14. If you can manage your work pressure even done our job duty was good, it won't reflect an appraisal. 15. From management level, they won't appreciate your smart/hard work. 16. Team Manager and Team lead - They can steal our smart work and expose that they did that job. 17. High-Level politics is happening there. 18. No onsite opportunity (only for BA) It's not MNC, it's MSC Technolgy.
