Pros

Salary is credited on time , bonus paid, food provided by company. Some persons are good behaving and support.

Cons

Not a good place to work, full of politics, slave mentality. Everyone wants to copy the company head style of aggression, insulting, treating employees like slave to show authority . Take a look at other company culture and how they treat and behave with the employees. Company has grown in numbers but dipped down in culture and humanitarian grounds. So much of “SIR” culture. Does not look like working in IT company. No steps taken by the top management to improve the environment, when the top head itself is like this what do you expect down reporting employees to do. Appraisals are very poor, look in the market, then you know true value of employees. Good salary and promotions go to only those that are near to the top head. All good things given only for those who will say yes to everything, anyone raise issue will be treated badly.

Pros

Great People and good Benefits.

Cons

The environment here is highly politicized. Many managers lack the necessary skills and rely heavily on micromanagement, which is driving high employee turnover. Unfortunately, upper management seems completely unbothered. Compensation is well below market value. Management constantly finds excuses to delay or interfere with promotions, and when you finally do get promoted, the salary increase is insulting. Additionally, the company relies heavily on international employees on work visas. It feels like a deliberate strategy to keep wages low, as these workers are tied to the company and have less leverage to push back against the unfair pay.
