Pros
NZ teams are really cool people who care about you. Nice office. Flexible office hours and wfh. Good covid response.
Cons
AU teams can be rude, domineering, and micro-managing. AU teams get more focus even though they don't deliver the product. A lot of people where I don't even know what they do for their job other than throw weight around. Not much emphasis on personal development. White make leadership and no attempts at inclusivity, diversity or even listening to voices of those that don't fit the majority.
