      Flexible hours and decent pay

      Cons

      Senior management do not know what they’re doing. Their idea of strategy involves just making whole teams redundant to make their bottom line look better. Has shown no vision and or understanding of what people do and making assumptions thinking technology can replace people. It can’t, all you’re doing is making the remaining people there overworked and churning out boring templated mediocrity.

      I'm not sure there are any pros anymore. The new ownership has killed the culture and sucked the life out of the place.

      Cons

      Words can't express how good this place used to be, and how terrible it now is. Under GE ownership this place was a pleasure to work at, now it's awful. New CIO is the worst leader I have experienced in my career. After 15yrs employment here, I'm looking for new work.
