Senior management do not know what they’re doing. Their idea of strategy involves just making whole teams redundant to make their bottom line look better. Has shown no vision and or understanding of what people do and making assumptions thinking technology can replace people. It can’t, all you’re doing is making the remaining people there overworked and churning out boring templated mediocrity.
