Pros

Good location and staff make the workload bearable. Management are easy to talk to.

Cons

More than a NOC engineer role. No recognition for higher performance, lower pay for the work, expectation to manage others and no training beyond the role. Have removed OT unless someone is sick, so it's harder to take leave. HR are pretty much invisible.
