The management are inexperienced, changing processes on the fly, choosing when and when not to implement company wide plans (different teams carrying out the same project working blind) - absolute chaos, more and more meetings saturated by too many decision makers creating more chaos. The politics killed creativity and innovation. You only have to use the app to see how poor it is and how little it's changed over the years (much of the day-to-day work is to satisfy a political agreement within the company). Finally, the company created a list of values and have no idea what they mean so performance reviews have no benchmark so basically made up. Nail in the coffin.
