      Fantastic benefits, takeaway credit, supportive environment and opportunities to progress within the organization, strong and engaging training programme

      Cons

      Questionable job security (many layoffs during my time there), some call handling policies made it quite difficult to work there as you really need a thick skin, led to a lot of burnout
