      Life - Work balance is wonderful Enourmous human capital.

      It has stopped to pay employers. It is selling a division that earn 50% of total revenue to make cash, save for 1 year and repeat past errors.

      Team members are great, Living conditions are good,

      Cons

      Shift Leads and Detail Leads are very political. Either your in or your not. Favoritism is rampant. Unqualified people are promoted based on cronyism, nepotism and whom is sleeping with whom. Program Manager pretends not to notice as long as these middle managers support his ideas. People who take note and comment on it are gone very quickly. Keep out of the politics and it is a good job.
