colleagues are very nice, friendly, and supportive, and the overall team environment is positive and welcoming.

At this stage, I haven’t identified any negative aspects.

Engaging work with the community. A cool mix of working with field-staff and office staff. Lots of collaboration opportunities across the organisation. A great way to learn more about who looks after the city and how. Very motivated and committed staff to work alongside.

Not many development opportunities beyond the team. Not a lot of room to accommodate flexible working arrangements.
