Pros

Nothing as such ..Good for someone who need only monthly salary and no other expectation from work

Cons

Very badly organized, When you join no-one know who you are , why you joined, HR Lack of owning and taking responsibility is not in the company Culture 2months notice for all permeant employees when 2-4 weeks notice is the common one in New Zealand If you work extra hours no pay or only paid if chargeable to Customer- no accountability from HCL to the employee HR - payroll team cannot beany more worse No Learning , No upskilling Full and Final settlement will not get in last payroll, will only get after a month- Not compliant with Employment rules of New Zealand - Lot of HCL policies made overruling the legislation No teams bonding - expect no team lunch , team drinks ,no team outings, no 1:1 with manager . Bills and claims approved may after an year . No one care for you -Noone like being accountable --everyone like to pass the job to next person

Cons

Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
