      Good people, some seniors are really nice and well give you support

      Cons

      Those good seniors are usually busy. Not enough support throughout the projects. You have to be really smart and confident to make the call and be confident with your work.

      Good local company and local culture. Fair pay for senior levels.

      Cons

      Undertakes too many changes in processes, business strategies, organizational structure, etc. at the same time and it is being done constantly. Pay is a bit sub-par for more junior level positions
