Pros
Great opportunities, especially in Australia given NZ's currrent economic conditions. Excellent support from senior people.
Cons
Graduatess start off on really low salary compared to the market. Managers pin the blame on junior staff for not finding work/being billable when it is their role to find/assign work as they are the ones winning work despite difficult economic conditions. No support/funding to expand skills further despite the desire on the individual to grow their skillset. Hourly charge rate to client is too high making it difficult to win work.
