Working here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I've had multiple positions within the company, and have grown in a number of different teams. Initially, I was a consultant, and now I get my teeth sunk into really meaty stuff! Every day is different, one moment I'm conducting workplace investigations or leading a disciplinary process, the next I'm supporting a business to strengthen its safety systems, improve culture, or navigate complex and ever-changing legislation. The variety of the work means no two days are the same. I have leaders who trust me to do my job, and do it well, and I can't ever really recall ever feeling "managed" over the past 5 years. There's a strong culture of autonomy, paired with collaboration - I would have no hesitation calling anyone in the business and working with them on a matter. We're exposed to diverse industries, and there is no end of opportunity - 5 years ago if you asked me if I'd be earning what I am and having achieved what I have personally because of this work, I'd have laughed!
