      Made extraordinary friendships, still keep in touch with current EIMs team members.

      Cons

      Auckland workplace is 20 years behind in terms of culture and pay. • Culture • Activities and reflection accounting for every minute of the day. No WFH unless “senior management”, no trust in employees, will get told off if 2 minutes late from lunch. Micromanagement destroys joy and trust which is likely why everyone leaves after 6 months. • Pay and targets• Super unrealistic targets, commission is near nothing for the amount of pipeline generated. Pay the least expect the least.

      Pros

      The team fosters a sense of culture that you cannot easily find in corporate businesses, operates like a family. The work is straightforward and you will succeed if you have drive, determination and creativity

      Cons

      No negatives unless one is looking for a position that is 100% remote, which is difficult to come by for businesses post-COVID
