Appalling culture - Health and Safety Advisor Downer Employee Review

Bullying is rife - in my first year I was the support person for 3 separate bullying cases and a constructive dismissal case. Sexism and sexual harrassment was a daily occurrence for women in the engineering and front line roles. Even when reported, nothing was done. They hire inexperienced cheap engineers, flog them and then spit them out. The financial records were cooked by Depot Managers to cover up the substantial losses. Again these instances were reported and never actioned. My manager asked me to skew the incident numbers and when I declined I was shunned. Construction managers disobey safety requirements regularly and encourage their engineers to do the same thing. Over work their shift workers, especially the night shift crews.
