      Pros

      The people on the front line were mostly great.

      Cons

      Health and safety issues, overworked and underpaid. Minimal pay increases don't even cover inflation. Minimal movement or chances to go anywhere. Variety of on site accidents, some serious. Earthquake risk buildings were never strengthened.

      Pros

      Loved working across some great team members, excellent progress to be made in the organisation. Open to suggestions and new improvement ideas. Awesome Company with some great work colleagues.

      Requiring a lot of maintenance in some areas of the business. Requires revisiting the company layout in regards to having a clear vision A lot of work to be undertaken
