Pros
Never a dull moment. It is a fast-paced atmosphere with a heavy workload so time goes by very quickly. Also, because of its size, the client list is substantial. Thirdly, there is always something new that one can learn from the company.
Cons
A lack of social culture. Moreover, the management have implemented an institutionalised complacency work culture where no one steps up when crisis hits. Worst of all, if an employee makes a mistake, they are ridiculed in front of the entire company.
