Cons
some of the managers can be rather aggressive, depending on the section you work in, enough to potentially make your life rather stressful.. i know a few people who left under a lot of stress, the managers couldnt care less and juste made their life difficult until they left, . variable in how they treat people who need help. a staff member gave me a friendly warning when i started, i didnt believe it, they seemed so nice,, but i was subject to some very agrressive meetings from several senior staff, they all had the same attitude thy were working together... there werent many sympathetic ears to my complaints... dont get on the wrong side of management they can take things rather personally, they were always right, not interested in people disagreeing with them
