Pros

Exposure to experienced professionals provides strong learning opportunities for career development Broad project variety helps build a well-rounded skill set early in your career Established company with good reputation in the industry

Cons

Compensation is noticeably below industry standard, especially for the level of work expected Flexible working is marketed heavily before offer but not consistently practised across all teams Entry-level and intermediate staff are largely expected to be office-based, contradicting the flexibility narrative

Pros

Great learning curve, but no place for a career.

Cons

Its like working for a cult. The ego of the place is utterly revolting, the culture is one of bullying. For an engineering firm it lacks business innovation, and its salarys are appauling.
