Favouritism Management promotes people they like who’s obviously incapable rather the real talent Micromanagement - Forced to come into office - if you’re sick but still can work and want to work from home they would ask you to take unpaid SL or AL rather than allowing you to wfh even though you have doctors recommendations. Also there’s not enough tables for the whole team to be in the office Politics - management who thinks they’re better than anyone and above of others
