Management are clueless and never know what they are doing

If there's anything that sets ACC apart from any other company out there, it's their principle of people before process. Employees, in my team at least, are treated fairly, given the opportunity for growth, and supported by their leaders. Employee's ideas are welcomed and actioned quickly.
