      Great culture, great products, but slow to evolve - Sales AVEVA Employee Review

      Pros

      Strong company culture of respect and care. Honest with clients and employees alike. Results driven, but not taking unnecessary risks or gimmicks to achieve them, built on solid foundation. Solid, stable, faithful and satisfied clients. Great products, well adopted on the market. Some offices closed, but staff was kept as remote employees and treated fairly in the process.

      Cons

      Products evolve very slowly, a classic case of letting great get in the way of good. Work is inconsistently distributed, with some working really hard and others coasting along, hurts motivation.

      If you get stuck with a difficult to work with team its hard to move away

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
