      Pros

      You can have a sense of positive idea that you do something for the community with this organization.

      Cons

      Toxic to work with as silo structure and the career development is not possible. Easily will sidelined if not become management's favorite. politics are very high. Pay is really bad compared to similar roles in other organizations. Staff turnover is very high. Few who stays on for years influence heavily on others career progress. Mostly in negative ways to consolidate their jobs.

      You are given a company phone, laptop and car to use during work hours with clients.

      Cons

      Toxic management who railroad you. Not many career opportunities to move up. No over time, if you work extra on 1 day they get you to go home early on another day.
