Client is always right if you’re unlucky you get unreasonable client and they’ll gaslight you to make you feel you are not good enough. No matter how clear you expressed you don’t want to work on this client you have no options. Money comes first.

Bonuses are discretionary and almost never paid, there´s a serious communication problem and many emails to managers are never responded, lack of recognition and non-existent promotions for hard working staff. Also, you see five managers throwing useless ideas only, all assigned to one consultant and consultants always tired trying to catch up with REAL work, no more useless managers are needed, you absolutely need more well-paid consultants.
