      Some of the people you meet.

      Cons

      less than market value for roles. Workplace Bullying. Extreme Mismanagement. No work Life Balance. Pointless internal Politics. Preaches Opportunity like it's going out of fashion whilst providing none.

      Good entry company into the IT sector

      Pros

      An opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of IT roles

      Cons

      Terrible cronyism and nepotism. Managers don’t follow policies when it comes to employee harassment and bullying and just protect their friends. Unequal treatment of staff where some are given a royalty treatment (roles/promotions created, lavish expenses, recognition/celebration) and others are not even given a proper farewell. Lack of diversity in senior management.
