I seriously cannot think of any pros! This makes me write a 20 word minimum so hopefully this makes it ...

Cons

The worst job I've ever had. Long hours and expected to work after hours and when sick. Arrogant management who dictate what you should do and have no regard for the employee.

You can make really good friends, O.T When you need, e-learning, free training and courses.

Cons

Some management and supervisors need to treat workers with respect to gain respect! Unfair work days sometimes working 10-12 hours a day a week to meet deadlines, no life work balance, can't have proper holidays because not enough staff to do the work. Unrealistic timeframes to meet targets and deadlines when management has already said to client that job can be done

Cons

Incompetent management and workers. Workplace politics. Make sure you use up all your annual leave before you resign - they don't process your final pay. You have been warned. Too many things I could mention here.
