I feel like the company has decent benefits for a reasonable price.

Cons

Company seems to be all over the place. There doesn’t seem to be consistent leadership anywhere. They don’t pay out employee bonuses. Promotions are often blocked during appraisals. Constantly bragging how well they are doing while laying off staff and short changing people. Confusing environment at best.
