      Without proper delivery one can survive in the firm.

      The Managers are constantly scared of losing their jobs. So they do lot of micro management. The worst thing is to expect them to put their name on your hardwork and timely delivery and claim everything was their ideas to keep their jobs and pockets full. Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. Managers are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault.No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in India.No professional/career growth.HR have no idea why they are hired for.
