Pros

Good exposure to IT fieldwork including POS systems, networking, and hardware support. Opportunities to work independently, travel to client sites, and take ownership of tasks.

Cons

Unfair and abrupt termination processes, including allegations of “breach” without clear evidence or proper investigation. Lack of due process—no opportunity to respond to claims before dismissal. Poor communication from management, often leading to confusion or misinformation. Significant delays in reimbursement of expenses and salary, requiring constant chasing. Job insecurity and inconsistent management decisions, making the work environment stressful.

Pros

Lots of work from different departments

Cons

1) Several employees including hired through my company believe the organisation relies heavily on workers who are on temporary visas or work permits, which creates concerns about job security and support. 2) Multiple workers including ABN holders have raised concerns about delayed salary payments, and there have been instances where employees sought assistance from Fair Work regarding pay issues. 3) Hired team members via my company have reported receiving pay rates they believe are below the applicable minimum wage under the relevant Fair Work Award. On raising the issue, the contract was ended and I no longer deal with them. 4) A large portion of tasks are reportedly offshored, which raises serious questions about data privacy and information security breach.
