Pros

With Pete Smith's appointment, there has been alot of internal changes for the better. Focus is more on TCO and marketing and ensuring we aim for the most profitable markets for our product lines. Our technology is already world-leading, but having a much better focus on choosing which business to chase will mean much better overall performance for the company.

Cons

Hours are long. With offices and customers all over the world and skinny resources, we are stretched thin and while the company has a renewed approach to marketing there is a huge workload. In time, I would hope this will reduce once the company has settled into it's new state of mind. I believe salaries are comparatively low considering the industry and the current workloads.

Pros

Nice people to work with.

Cons

The company is struggling, in a struggling market. This had impacts across the whole company.
