Pros

Salary come in time. rest all is cons nothing pros

Cons

Unprofessional, Unorganized, out of system company. the complete company is one man show, chairman thinks that he can buy the talent from the market whenever he want. Company don't need smart people, they need only the slave who just work what they have been told to do. people at the department head position are so much insecure that they never want anybody else to grow forward. All false promise during the interview. once you leave your last company and come to join then real fight start. HR dont know their own job. people Hired and fired any time they want. people who joint them are bind by the Limited contract, so if you want to leave then they put a Ban on you. my advice, if you have 1 opportunity to avoid joining then please take that opportunity. this company treat employee like their slave. if you have talent then this is not the company to show the same.

Pros

No real pros only cons

Cons

Avoid company like the plague No respect for people Has a Human Capital Officer. Is actually Human Cost Officer. People are replaceable. No increments. No promotions. No training and development. No HR process. If you work, get ready to work 6 to 7 days. Owner / CEO takes all decisions No control No awareness No innovation No Management of Business for results Only focus is cost Good people leave. Yes men and women remain Too many loss making brands no compensation benefits are in writing - so arbitrary very parochial - if you belong to a community you are favored
