      Pros

      Wonderful human environment, outstanding job stability, great international insurance. Beautiful office. Amazing yearly bonus. Very competitive stock option program.

      Cons

      Compensation could be more competitive. Lack of wellness bonuses like those existing in other IT companies. People and Culture department is lacking and biased. Due to international labor law complexity, relocation possibilities are almost impossible even if the hiring manager wants to hire you.
