This only applies to Accenture New Zealand - I was appalled at the number of cases of sexual and racial harassment (affecting males and females). I know of at least seven cases, where - despite complaints being made to HR - nothing was done, and none of the perpetrators were disciplined. You're often expected to work beyond normal hours - but not put it down on your timesheets Management who are poor at leading/managing people - and are really out of their depth. Poorly organised. High staff turnover.

Despite hiring top-notch talent, many employees are placed on the bench for extended periods. Mapping of skills to roles is uncommon, leading to confusing project placements. Difficulty in developing long-lasting relationships despite company events.| Some coworkers act as politicians, making grand promises but failing to deliver when it comes to actual work. Too many promises but little change towards improving employee retention and satisfaction. Employees can often feel lonely and abandoned, despite the many benefits offered.
