Pros
Interesting projects. The new graduates a very enthusiastic and nice to work. Flexibility is very good. Benefits are good, though salary I not.
Cons
Fixation on utilisation (on a daily basis). The regular disaperance of stay following a meeting with HR. Obsession with overly complex systems like EPM. Terrible retention, leaving teams short trying to delivery projects and adding to unpaid overtime. Support staff no help at all. Management, lack of real leaders is becoming more and more apparent (the good ones have all left). Lack of project wins is worrying. Career structure and how to get promoted is not clear. A number of people have been promoted well above their capability putting yet more pressure on the ever decreasing teams. 9 box rating is a tool to bully and not provide any pay increase.
