Pros

Salaries usually at or above market for non-technical roles. Formal training programmes. Exciting industry if you like mechanics/technical stuff. Good global brand if you plan to work overseas. Corporate experience.

Cons

Employee experience dependant on your manager. Slow corporate without a lot of wiggle room for high performers. Low diversity in tech roles and upper management. Accountable to overseas Head Offices who don't understand or care that much about local NZ market. Very wedded to older processes and not a lot of scope to apply change or new systems/ways of thinking.
