Allied Telesis makes Ethernet networks appear out of thin air. The US subsidiary of Japan-based Allied Telesis Group, it sells and services a wide range of IP networking equipment made by its parent company. Products include media converters, multi-access platforms, network interface cards, routers, and switches. It also offers network software and wireless equipment. Allied Telesis serves customers in the education, enterprise, and government markets, among others. Customers have included Agilent, Stanford University, and the US Department of Homeland Security. Allied Telesis counts General Bandwidth, and Kasenna among its strategic partners. The company also provides R&D services for its parent organization.
