iWMS Senior Developer interview questions

1st interview by phone with an HR specialist. Standard questions to figure out if you are a good fit. There were around 10 questions like "Why have you applied or accomplishments or mention when your work was criticized? The technical interview has been run by three people - 2 directors and 1 team lead. 90% of questions were SQL related. Also, they were wondering if you are able to work with non-technical people, understand their requirements etc
