I applied online. I interviewed at Xplor Technologies
Interview
The first step was with a recruiter who tells you a little about the role. Basically information you can read through the job description. It all sounded straight forward until I did the second interview with the manager that you would work directly under. The interview itself was SUPER casual. (pretty sure the manager was having their lunch while talking to me) No interview questions at all, basically explained the role even further and got to know you and your expectations. Well, after discussing the role even more, turns out its door to door, 5 days a week. Your lead starts are your neighborhood restaurants, bars, and local businesses. Why would i go around selling to my local barista I see every day? I don't know. In other words, just another job description that lacks the truth about what you'd be doing. If door to door is fine with you, by all means. They wanted to continue the process with me, but I had to decline after some thought about whether or not this was worth anyone's time. It is also all commission too which is up to your discretion.
